So...Yeah

Well I have had an interesting as well as sad couple of days. My brother and two of our very close friends were in a car accident at 5 am last Sunday morning. My brother and our friend Austin came out OK, but our friend Andre didn't make it out great he's in critical condition at the moment. Our prayers are with him and a good recovery. On top of that I had an accident at work and fractured my radial head in my left forearm. Sorry to keep this short but it's hard to type with one hand while in pain.

Another day goes by as I wonder how I actually get things done. I'm so busy with school, work, and getting things done in the house. It's hard having a full time job but also having two classes online to take. Sometimes I don't even get to go to the classes and it's just more work on top of actual work that I have to get done. I don't really stress out about it, but now that I'm writing in my blog I can just sit and think about how much I actually do. Where's the "me" time? I think that it's really good for everybody to have some "me" time so they don't go crazy in the future or have a nervous breakdown. Guess I'll just have to pencil that in somewhere...

Hard Working

Well yesterday was my first time as a MOD (manager on duty) to open and close the store on Sundays. It was CRAZY the very first couple hours because of a good sale we had going, plus somebody not showing up to work right away didn't help. After the craziness subsided we actually got everything done like we were supposed to which is great. This week I'm going to be so busy though, there are so many things that I've got to do with returns to the warehouse. This week I also need to give my dog and ferret a bath and clean my turtle tank. My turtle's tank alone is work in itself because it's a pretty good size and I have to completely empty all the water by hand because there isn't enough water for suction for the hose.

This morning I'm trying to start my day off good, drinking some mango punch well I relax and search the web before I have to do my morning tasks. First I have to feed and give water to my dog. Then I have to clean my ferret's litter pan and let her run around for a little bit. Then I have to get ready for work, and afterwards I have to wrangle up the "children" and put them back in their beds. I'm going to start my fun now...
